We all know how important it is to get up and move as exercise helps to keep “Issues out of our Tissues” but some of us take it too far.
The “no pain, no gain” that has been drilled into the fitness world is counterproductive. If you exercise until you’re worn out, it takes longer to recuperate.
Thought the lens of Ayurveda one should exercise between 1/2 to 3/4 of our capacity and gradually that capacity will increase. Always make sure you have stop before you do not have energy left to recover. Recovery is where the healing begins. Slow and steady wins the race against “Issues in our Tissues”
